Mixed Media Monday - Thinking

The theme at Mixed Media Monday is "What was she thinking?" I was drawn to this image with the sad eyes, who looks as if life is wearing her down. I'm convinced she was thinking of happier times. Thanks for stopping by!

  4. The "Terrible Twins" effect isn't working today. Here is your poignant and beautiful vintage piece and there is my garish shady lady. Bev, I love your take on the theme. The lady does have sad eyes and a faraway look. You have illustrated her mood superbly. Great work.

  12. Ah yes indeed, what is she thinking? Perhaps it is "what are all these bloggers doing looking at me?" Who knows? She is illustrated in a most lovely fashion though!
