Three Muses - Angels

I sometimes think that angels must get very tired, what with winging about here and there getting us out of messes, consoling us, inspiring us, and looking after us. I think there must be times they just stop and snooze a bit to recharge their batteries. I think this little fellow above was one of those. He'll be up and about his angel duties in no time, I'm sure.
The background photo here is sunrise over Lake Wabigoon in Canada, where my son goes on a fishing expedition almost every year. The bird is from Graphics Fairy, the fence and the angel are compliments of Googling about.

  7. Bev, you have made me stop and think about angels!! What they do and where they go. There are probably a thousand stories out there. Your picture is exquisite and I love the story behind it. We get double the value when you take out your virtual pen and include your thoughts.
    Great work.

  14. That little bird doesn't quite understand what is going on with the fairy, Bev...what a cute pair. Beautifully created and of course I am biased about the Canadian background. Passed through Wabigoon on many occasions in years past when I lived in Ontario...and passed by always on my way to Winnipeg and area where I live now. Hugs, Gayle.
