Take a Word - Insect

I had the most dreadful time with this challenge.  Several efforts went to the trash bin.  Then I came across this grasshopper, and therein lies the tale.  Yes, I know it's strange, but sometimes there's no arguing with the muse!

  1. Well, normally the grasshopper would be no match for the blackbird but it seems this one has obviously been over-indulging and has blown out to huge proportions!! I like where your Muse has taken you, Bev. Whimsical and wonderful.

  2. The makings of a great sci-fi movie at work here Bev. Insects are so interesting- some are beautiful- some totally frightening. I can't watch those giant scorpion/spider flicks- but this guy is kinda cute... Wonderful , fun entry!

  11. Your muse shall have five stars for this gorgeous tongue in cheek piece, Miss Bev. I should hate to see the Raven's expression when he catches sight of this particular grasshopper. Great fun.
