Take a Word - The Sea

Marie chose Sea Life for her challenge this week.  Looking at the sea always makes me think of old sailing ships and ship captains who dared to set sail on vast waters in their insatiable zest to see the other side.   My background here is a composite of a couple of vintage paintings, some filters and some painting.  The old ship captain is from a vintage German painting by H. Haerendel.   I love to build new stories from old!   Thanks for your visit.

  11. Oh is he looking for my message in a bottle do you think? All joking aside, Bev, this is beautiful and sad, and as Linda says, haunting. Take a bow, my friend.
