Theme Thursday - Vintage

It's such fun collecting vintage bits and pieces for a vintage collage. Pieces here are from Art-E-Zine, Google, OScraps, CR Designs, Flickr Collage Images, and Bernie Datema. I was impressed with the young lady's waist. Just how tight do you think her corset was laced?! Thanks for the challenge!

  1. What a beautiful, rich collage. I would love to read the story you could write from it. How did people breathe wearing such tight corsets? It must have affected their bone structure too, especially the lower ribs. Ouch.
    Superb work, as always, Bev.

  2. Forgot to say I love your new blog header. Are you trying to blow the bird off its perch or is there a birthday candle in there somewhere? You always leave us with a story to tell. (Great use of gradients - hee hee. I knew you could do it when you stopped humphing and bumphing).

  17. What a lovely collage, I especially enjoy the soft, colorful flowers! Maybe that teeny waist accounts for the sour expression on her face? Bev, thanks for the invite for Three Muses! I will definitely join in!
