Three Muses - Floral

When the night has been too lonely and the road has been too long
And you think that love is only for the lucky and the strong
Just remember in the winter, far beneath the bitter snows
Lies the seed, that with the sun's love in the spring becomes the rose
****
I seem to be hung up on old ruins at the moment!  This beautiful background was found on Pinterest.

Take a word - Silhouette

Ah, young love!   Background is a 1900's painting, filtered and tweaked; silhouette is a freebie.

Three Muses - Lyric

My mother loved the old hymns, and this was one of her favorites.  I think it reminded her of home.
It was written in 1850 by a Dr. William Pitts, after a trip to Bradford, Iowa and a valley nearby.  The church still stands, and is a popular tourist spot.

Take a Word - Time

The time was WWII, and women went to work.  Rosie the Riveter was on billboards everywhere.
