Theme Thursday - Animals

One of my favorite musicals is "The Lion King".   I loved the costuming and the music, and I never tire of hearing "In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps tonight".     This blending of some googled images is reminiscent of the musical.    Thanks for the challenge!

  2. What a gorgeous warm rendering of the essence of the Lion and his domain Bev. When I was young one of my favorite books was "Born Free" and this beautiful digital piece reminds me of that story. Bravo!

  4. This is superb, Bev, and it makes me feel a bit ashamed of my piece of nonsense, also featuring a lion but a far less handsome one!! You have captured the lion and the landscape so beautifully. Great work.

  9. Gorgeous, Bev. The tawny colors go with the lion and the golden colors look so much like Africa. Beautiful.
