This is my entry for the Three Muses blog challenge this week. I just know this abandoned old car would have wonderful stories to tell if it could speak. Maybe you'd like to make up your own story! The background is from Land of Nod (thank you), and the car is googled. The people are Flickr Collage Images. Thanks for stopping by!
Bev, this is fabulous. Your collage is so original and touching and nostalgic. I know you have an affinity with rusty old cars and this one is a real beauty. I can connect with this because when I see a very old rusty hulk of a car out in a field I am curious to know about its history.
ReplyDeleteGreat work.
Lovely rusty tones here, Bev, excellent piece with a story to match!
ReplyDeleteYour piece is really fabulous, Bev. What a great image is the abandoned car!

ReplyDeleteIf old rusty cars could only talk...that man gets around...the mustache gave him away.

ReplyDeleteBev, you have such a wonderful way with words, so I love to read your stories when you share and now you have me wondering about the lives and living around that rusty old car too. Your artwork for this one illustrates your words so beautifully, and it has a haunting and ephemeral touch. Bravo my friend.
