Three Muses - Map

I learned to read maps as a youngster, when my father let me "navigate" to learn.   Now all the young people have GPS's, and the mechanical voice telling them when and where to turn.   To me, it's like driving with a bag over your head!   I want to see my route on a map,  and be able to follow my journey to my destination.   Oh, sigh,  I guess I'm getting old!     Thanks for stopping by!

  2. I think I need a change of place! But I'll pass on riding that bicycle to get there. I'd probably kill myself on it. We don't have a GPS in either of our cars, and we still manage to get where we need to go. I guess maps aren't outdated yet.

  3. Love the vintage touch here, Bev, I'll give the penny-farthing a miss, though!
I agree with your sentiments entirely re: GPS, I don't have one in my car preferring maps, but I do have to turn the maps round to follow the roads!!

In answer to your question the words are a verse of the song "Will You Remember Me" by Roseanne Cash I usually remember to note that but I was in a hurry when I posted and forgot. I think the words are wonderful. I will email you a copy tomorrow.
