Does anyone really know the exact definition of zetti art? Seems if it has stripey legs it qualifies! There's a bit of Catherine Designs and Fidlette at the top and bottom here and a bit of a Terri freebie background for border, but the zettilady whose let things go to her head is "mine own" ! She's sketched, colored with Prismacolor pencils, then scanned onto the background and crowned. Thanks for looking!
Wild floor, sets the "queen" off perfectly!
ReplyDelete.... this is so very cool... can't wait to play with this theme..... colors and patterns YIPEE... !!!! LOVE your inspiration on Zetti Lady...
ReplyDeleteI agree brilliant floor, but I love the rest of it as well, especially your art work. Mmmm have to put my thinking hat on now and get cracking with mine.....

Bev, I love your sketches and I am so happy to see you featuring them in your art. Your little Zetti lady is delightful, whimsical and quirky. She gave me my first big smile of the day and cheered me up no end.
ReplyDeleteFantastic!
Bev, your little zetti queen is awesome!!! Hugs, Terri xoxo
ReplyDeleteWhat a 'Princess' delightful Zetti piece, Bev! (BTW Zumba is exercise combined with
ReplyDeletedance, mostly latin American in my group)
Terrific, Bev...Only know that they claim it also has to have black and white somewhere in it...did read up on it but I can't even remember now where it was. I guess you just have to fatten up on some stick figures and add color...rofl. Great card! hugs, Gayle.
ReplyDeletethis is so sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!! I love the dimensional feel of it!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat interpretation...and no, I still don't know the actual definition, but I have an idea, lol.
ReplyDeleteWho cares what the definition is when they can see it in your art, Bev? It's terrific...there, that's the definition! LynnF
ReplyDeleteReally lovely queen Bev.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous zetti art.
Long live Queen Zetti ! She's just the best Bev!
ReplyDeleteOooh, your queen is stunning! I love the way you have drawn her head, altogether she is fabulous and I am sure a kind and clever ruler of her world of zett. (I also wonder what the definition is, no doubt Teesha Moore would be able to tell you)
ReplyDeleteI know nothing at all about Zetti art and I don't think it's really my 'thing' but I've had a go.
ReplyDeleteLove yours, so clever.
it's on my blog. xx
your piece is perfectly "zetti"...
ReplyDeletethe style for me includes bright colors - contrasting with b/w elements, "odd bods", whimsical etc... things who were originally created by teesha moore of zettiology, but now have taken over the art community...
Beautiful zetti piece!!!
ReplyDeleteOooh Bev, your Zetti Queen is a stunner, if a little big headed (if I may say), due probably to her being so beautiful and regal and all!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving that you are incorporating more of your sketching into your work making it truly mixed media, and I look forward to seeing lots more.
Standing O from me.

ReplyDeleteso cute!
