I did two pieces for this challenge, and couldn't make up my mind which to use, so here are both of them.
Credit for the gorgeous poppy to Natali Designs (Scrapbookgraphics), and to a David Winston print for the fence in snow, to which I've added a majestic cardinal. There's nothing more beautiful than the brilliant red of a cardinal against a snowy background!
I'm posting this quite early because I'm having major problems accessing Blogger. If I do not comment on your work this week, it's because I can't get there from here! Sob sob!
I can't decide which one either!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI think your colors are perfect!!!
These are both fantastic ! The flower against the background is mesmerizing an I love the peacefulness of the cardinal- it looks so quiet and serene!
ReplyDeleteboth are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI love both of these Bev but the top one is really wild when you look at it and move the screen up and down it's mezmerizing...too cool!
ReplyDeleteI love the vibrant shot of color in each of them. I've always loved cardinals. They are so beautiful against the white snow.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work, I thought my eyes would spin, but I think the flower is the grounding force. Cheers Kaylene
ReplyDeleteBoth are striking but I have to say I prefer the black and white which is just sensational!
ReplyDeleteLove them both, Bev, the touches of red in your pieces makes them really pop!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't be able to choose either, Bev, because both are beautiful and each has that perfect pop of red I can't resist. Stunning work.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate it enormously that you, despite your blogger problems, still takes the trouble to visit my blog Bev !!!
ReplyDeleteI really hope that the problem solves quickly because it must be so annoying for you.
