Three Muses - Seashell
There's nothing more charming than the innocent curiosity and wonder of a child. Would that we all could retain it into adulthood!! Credit to Kubivet (who no longer designs).

Take a Word - Poppies
It's always fun to put a punch of poppy red against a subdued background. The wee girl has been in my stash for a while and I don't know the source. Sorry. Credit to Create Wings Designs and Catherine Designs for the rest. Thanks for visiting!!

Three Muses - Articulated Doll
Anybody remember the old "Green Hornet" radio show? Of course not! No one is as old as I am! Anyway this is my version of the Green Hornet, keeping the city safe at night. What can I saw? My muse ran away with me!

Take a Word - Mannequin
Here in the U.S. a mannequin is the figure on which clothing is displayed in stores. My mannequin has been colorfully clothed, and the wee bird obviously has had a hand in it!! This challenge was great fun! Thanks for stopping by.

Take a Word - Silhouettes
My great grandchildren from North Carolina are visiting this week. If they could make magic with a rope, I'm sure it would look something like this! Whoever you are, wherever you go, I hope you encounter love today, blog friends!!

Take A Word - Butterflies
Penelope was so sweet she drew the butterflies to her as bees to honey. She dreamed one day she could fly away with them.

Three Muses - Vintage Family
I love working with found vintage photos, and wondering who they were, where they lived, and how their lives played out. Where are their descendants today, and wouldn't they love to have this photo of their ancestors? It seems to me using these photos in my art somehow honors their memory.
