Sunday Postcard - Gypsies

Lyrics of the popular song by Cher come to mind.  I loved that song!  Here's a verse:
"Gypsy's, tramps, and thieves
We'd hear it from the people of the town
They'd call us gypsy's, tramps, and thieves
But every night all the men would come around
And lay their money down"
