A bit of the French Quarter, and a couple of exotic masks hopefully capture the spirit of Mardi Gras. Here's to New Orleans, rising from the ashes of Katrina!
Great postcard, Bev. I love the splash of colour from the masks on the black and white streetscape. And your sentiments for New Orleans are echoed around the world.
Couldn't find an email adress so I place another comment here. Thanks for your kind comment on my blog. I found out about the Mardi Gras colours on Wikepedia. And on Google Images. It made the challenge a bit easier because it gave me an idea on how to work out this theme. José
