My local art group has been making junk journals. Here's my effort. I used a Crispix cereal box, wallpaper remnants, watercolor paper for pages, button cord, and beads left over from a previous project. We'll swap journals until everyone has done a page or two in our journal and it's then returned to us. Sounds like fun, doesn't it? For a view of a couple of other journals, check the blog of my friend, Kris, at Retro Art Cafe.
Amazing what you have done with a cereal box and some leftover bits and pieces. I hope everyone enlarges the picture to see the detail of your needlework and embellishments. Great job, Bev.
ReplyDeleteAnd you've inspired me to make one. I did enlarge this and it is a truly great job.
ReplyDeleteWow - this is truelly amazing Bev the detail is fantastic and what a wonderful idea.
