Sunday Postcard - Babies

This is an appropos theme. I'm going to the first birthday party for my youngest little great granddaughter today. Babies are God's promise that the world will go on. Some time ago the renowned photographer, Annie Leibovitz, published a book of beautiful baby photos with Celine Dion called, I believe, "Miracle". This is reminiscent of one of those photos.

  4. Yes, have fun at the birthday. It's a big day for your tiny great-granddaughter and also for Great Grandma who will no doubt be very proud.
Bev, your picture is exquisite. The poppies, the beautiful image, the background and edging all make for a most beautiful take on this week's theme. (And makes me feel a wee bit ashamed at my tongue in cheek attempt).
