Three Muses - Stripes

This week's challenge is Stripes at Three Muses.   I've combined a googled collection of stripes with a silhouette, filmy overlay and border that have been in my stash forever, with origins long forgotten.  This was fun, Ann.  Thanks!

    The colorful striped patchwork background is a wonderful contrast to the black silhouette and a great effect.
