Digital Whisper - Crackle

I have yet to master the crackle effect in PSE!  In this collage, milady is an altered image from The Lost Gallery; vase by Itkupili, book by InaDesigns, window and background are googled.   Thanks for the challenge, Patti.  It encouraged me to try again!  It's obvious I need to enroll in Crackle 101!
