Vron has given us a wonderful image to work with this week. I extracted the moon and the girl, and superimposed them on a painting by Atkinson Grimshaw. The moon was colorized and resized. The girl was colorized and resized, posterizing effect was applied, and some tweaking with light and contrast. Thanks, Vron. Great challenge!
This is one of your very best, Bev. The overall effect is quite stunning. I can see that you have put a lot of work into the picture which is worth every minute of blood, sweat and tears. Take a huge bow!!

ReplyDeleteHow beautiful! I love the background you put her with. This looks like it took a lot of effort and expertise to do. Very lovely.
ReplyDeleteOh Bev...I just love this one SO much! I love everything about it! Thank you so much for the encouraging comment you left me about the art challenge I did. I'm so haphazard when it comes to PhotoShop! I don't really know what I'm doing, and I just wing it! Anyway, your kind word meant a lot to me!
ReplyDeleteBig Hugs,
Lori
One more comment...I love how it looks like the moon is sad for the little girl. It jerks at my heartstrings! ~Lori
