I chose KEY for the challenge this week, then I couldn't decide if I wanted to do the keys to the kingdom, the key to my heart, the key to knowledge, the key to the puzzle, or the key of C! I finally went with the key of C, and I'll leave it up to our talented participants to see just how many types of keys they come up with. I hope everyone has a good time!
Wow! What an eye-popper this is, Bev. I love your outside-the-frame thinking, the sharp black and white with just a splash of red poppy. The whole effect is elegant and classy. Wonderful work.
ReplyDeleteBev, I am not able to post on my blog at the moment and I have been trying for ages. I think the problem is not confined to the Muses but probably Blog-wide. What a bummer.
ReplyDeleteI can't also upload at the moment !

ReplyDeleteOh wow Bev this is fantatsic.
ReplyDeleteLove the design and details. Amazing.
Well there are certainly plenty of keys there Bev not to mention the treble clef (french for key) but I draw the limit at counting the piano keys!!!!! Fabulous - I love it!!
ReplyDeleteBev this is spectacular and your colour palette is outstanding, I so love black, white and a splash of red. As I said in my email, I would never have connected Keys with Music, but that's because I am tone deaf and couldn't carry a tune to save my life. Kudos for a brilliantly crafted, outside the box, stunning piece of art.
ReplyDeleteFantastic interpretation of the theme, Bev! The piano keys look great. Wonderful work!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and impressive piece, Bev! A great original interpretation of the theme - indeed, there are quite a lot of keys in this world!
ReplyDeleteI admired this piece as soon as I saw it on the challenge site this morning. To me it captures the beauty and magic of music. Gorgeously designed.
ReplyDeleteLoved the theme, Bev, and your art is perfectly suited to it....it is so beautiful...great layout as well!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great theme, Bev! Your inspiration piece is wonderful. I have to say there are a growing number of people at work who have the key to drive me crazy these days! ~Lori

ReplyDeleteThanks for the challenge.
O yes, that are also keys:) Love this piece !
ReplyDeleteThis was a great idea for the theme Bev. And the words are very true.
ReplyDeleteYour "Keys" is (are?) fab. A real springboard for inspiration although it still took me quite a while to soar with my own piece...
