The elements for this piece are all from Flickr Collage Images. I thank those generous folks who have built such a wonderful warehouse of images free to use. I love the eyes of this lady. She looks sad, thoughtful, and somewhat mystical. Thanks for stopping by!
Wow!!! When this appeared on my monitor, my eyes popped. What a dramatic and beautiful image. Love the little bird too!
ReplyDeleteShe DOES have a mystical look about her, Bev! And the exotic bird perched precariously on her shoulder is such a beautiful creature. It looks as though this lovely lady stepped right out of the pages of a storybook! Hugs, Terri xoxo

ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous, Bev. I love the image - so beautiful, so intriguing. Her clothes are amazing. I have been sitting here looking at the needlework in the shirring and all the fine details. Imagine doing that all by hand. Imagine painting it!! I love the background and the wonderful bird. Everything PERFECT. Seriously great work.

Hope Blogger lets me comment on your gorgeous piece, Bev! It's been such a pain...I think, tho, that this art is so exquisite...she looks like she's reflecting on something rather sad. Her little feathered friend looks concerned. How lovely!
