Gothic Arches - Buttons

I'm convinced this "crafty lady" was a seamstress, and had too many blue buttons left over! Her hat looks fur-trimmed, but surely not, with her summery yellow dress. So, there she is in all her glory, clutching her bouquet of (you guessed it) red flowers. There's no accounting for taste!!
Button frame courtesy of Irene Alexeeva, laboriously digitally cross-stitched by moi. The lady is from Art-E-Zine.

  1. That is so pretty. Those colors are so bright and happy, I'm sure if just come back and look at it every time I feel a little down I'll snap right out of it.

  2. This is strange. I left a comment for you on your gorgeous arch (I covet your image!) but it has disappeared. Now I have to say it all over again. The colours are beautiful and I love the way you have "attached" your buttons to the frame. Very ingenious. Great work.
