Theme Thursday - Santa

Today is Thanksgiving Day (if you're in the U.S.), and in the blink of an eye Santa will be making his rounds. This Santa is one I sketched on pine, cut out with band saw, and painted with oils. He's on my mantel right now. I "lifted" him from his photograph, however, because this beautiful little cottage seemed just right for him to stop by, don't you think? Thanks for looking, and Happy Thanksgiving!

  1. This is gorgeous, Bev. Love how you have managed to achieve the lighting and the sparkling stars. I am so ashamed of my brash Aussie picture!! Yours is soooo refined and delicious.

  3. How very delightful, Bev. Yes, the cottage is perfect with your Santa. I am impressed with your prowess at the band saw, too, as well as your card making.

  8. Bev, Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Your ATC would make a wonderful Christmas card! Great work with the bandsaw (Santa). I was using the drill the other night on the CDs for the exchange. Fun, fun, fun!
